Description

You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for Medicaid clients.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the MS Medicaid Self Service Portal (SSP).
  • Respond to client communications via telephone and email in a timely manner.
  • Manage system access technical issues for users.
  • Perform additional technical support duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • 1 year of experience working on a help desk.
  • 1 year of experience resolving system access technical issues.
  • 1 year of proficiency using a Windows PC.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Experience with Medicaid Eligibility.
  • English proficiency as a primary language.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and organize tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience specifically with the MS Medicaid Self Service Portal (SSP).
