Description

You will provide multi-level technical support to customers both remotely and onsite in Jackson, MS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for end users requesting IT support.
• Troubleshoot and repair desktop and laptop hardware.
• Manage software installations and hardware implementations.
• Administer Active Directory and support O365 applications.
• Maintain and update help desk records following established support procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional IT support experience.
• Desktop and laptop repair and troubleshooting.
• Software installation and hardware implementation.
• Active Directory administration.
• Remote assistance via various platforms.
• O365 application support.
• A+ Certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
