Description

You will serve as the primary point of contact for end users requesting IT support in Jackson, MS.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for all incoming IT support requests.
• Provide remote assistance to users across various platforms.
• Perform desktop and laptop repair and troubleshooting.
• Manage software installation and hardware implementation.
• Update and maintain Help Desk records following established support procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support roles.
• Proficiency with O365 applications.
• Experience with Active Directory administration.
• Hands-on expertise in computer repair and hardware troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to install and configure software.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and planning skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A+ Certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
