Description
You will provide on-site technical support for end users in Lake Worth, FL, managing accounts, troubleshooting email issues, and documenting resolutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft Outlook and email configuration issues.
- Handle multiple support requests simultaneously while maintaining clear documentation.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly through written and verbal channels.
- Work scheduled weekend shifts as required by the rotation.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Proficiency with Active Directory management.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to work the scheduled 9am to 6pm EST shift.
- Capacity to work weekend shifts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
- Must be able to work on-site in Lake Worth, FL.
- Degree or any graduate level education.
