Build, update, and distribute standardized Windows desktop images using established deployment tools and best practices.
Configure drivers, automate device setup tasks, and complete post-deployment adjustments to prepare systems for end users.
Manage service desk requests by reviewing, prioritizing, troubleshooting, and closing incidents within expected response timelines.
Escalate unresolved technical issues appropriately and document diagnostic steps and resolutions in a clear, organized manner.
Perform routine maintenance activities for systems and local network environments, including backups, disk space checks, security-related tasks, and performance monitoring.
Assist with software installations, application upgrades, operating system updates, and testing efforts tied to technical changes or improvements.
Support troubleshooting efforts related to workstation, system, and network performance in coordination with broader IT staff.
Promote safe work practices and carry out additional technical duties as needed to support department operations.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Help Desk or related position.
Experienced in Windows OS, Microsoft 365 troubleshooting
Ability to handle ticketing systems and troubleshooting end-users
Knowledgeable in imaging systems and providing desktop support.
