Description

You will provide technical support for the Care Orchestrator compliance monitoring product line, managing both call center functions and new software installations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-installation activities, including scheduling, checklist reviews, and readiness checks.
• Configure software remotely based on specific customer requirements and provide post-installation support.
• Train end-users on software configuration to maximize utility and meet individual customer needs.
• Collaborate with software engineering to resolve escalated issues, define requirements for future releases, and assist with pre-launch testing.
• Research and document product complaints and software events to provide feedback to Product Managers.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of IT-related customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
• Experience using SAP.
• Strong software and hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of Windows XP, Vista, 7, and 8 operating systems.
• Understanding of computer networks and database structures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an Associate degree with relevant IT experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the medical device industry.
• Knowledge of Android and iOS mobile operating systems.
• Experience with SQL Server.
