Description

You will provide technical support, systems administration, and information services in a multi-vendor environment supporting global offices.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and maintain PC, Mac, and Chrome hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot network, enterprise, and third-level engineering issues.
• Develop, test, and deploy workstation OS-level images.
• Manage access control and anti-virus monitoring to ensure environment security.
• Document all support requests in the IT ticketing system and maintain the internal knowledge base.
• Coordinate daily AV operations and provide level 2 support for audio/visual platforms.
• Manage IT procurement, including vendor relations, purchase orders, and inventory tracking.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting multi-vendor hardware (PC, Mac, Chrome) and mobile devices.
• Proficiency with Active Directory (AD) and Office 365 (O365).
• Experience managing Okta, Box, and 8x8.
• Solid understanding of Wi-Fi, VoIP, and networking fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with service desk tools and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of video conferencing and A/V (sound) fundamentals.
• CompTIA or Microsoft certification (A+, Network+, or MCP).
• Ability to manage procurement processes, including POs and invoices.
