Description

You will own quality assurance for custom applications and GIS components, ensuring timely delivery through rigorous testing and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create, document, and execute test plans, analyzing results to report anomalies from a business end-user perspective.
• Collaborate with business partners, PMO, and vendor teams to clarify requirements and ensure testing aligns with business goals.
• Assist subject matter experts in developing UAT test scenarios and facilitate UAT activities for end users.
• Participate in defect triage meetings and demos, reporting weekly status and risks to the QA Lead.
• Document test cases, requirement traceability matrices, and test results, preparing sample data as needed.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience testing in mid-to-large scale software development projects.
• Proficiency in manual testing, system testing, regression testing, and test automation.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to analyze system specifications, including System Requirements, Business Requirements, and Design Documents.
• Experience with GitHub and ServiceNow.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
