Description
Provide onsite technical support for desktop and helpdesk operations within a clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Resolve hardware and software issues for end users on-site.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and system errors to maintain uptime.
- Support EMR/EHR software applications and related workflows.
- Manage desktop configurations and user access requests.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in desktop or helpdesk support.
- Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems.
- Proficiency in Windows 10 administration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols.
- Experience managing Office 365 environments.
- Ability to work fully onsite in San Antonio, TX.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
