Description

Provide onsite technical support for desktop and helpdesk operations within a clinical environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware and software issues for end users on-site.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and system errors to maintain uptime.
• Support EMR/EHR software applications and related workflows.
• Manage desktop configurations and user access requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop or helpdesk support.
• Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems.
• Proficiency in Windows 10 administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols.
• Experience managing Office 365 environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
