Description

Lead on-site implementation of large-scale WMS programs in Pittsburgh.

Responsibilities

• Design process flows, key decision documents, and technical reference guides.
• Resolve production issues through root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Serve as the primary escalation point during incident resolution.
• Develop and implement solutions using HighJump tools and relational databases.
• Integrate HighJump with external systems using established project management methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall software development experience.
• 3+ years of Korber/HighJump implementation experience.
• Expertise in HighJump/Korber product suite, specifically Advantage Architect and WebWise Page Editor.
• 3+ years of T-SQL experience.
• Proficiency in relational database development using SQL Server or Oracle.
• Experience with PL/SQL.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Management.
