Description

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solution architectures across conceptual, technical, and physical layers for automotive validation projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and review functional, non-functional, and physical architecture components to ensure alignment with end-to-end solution goals.
• Manage HIL setup, commissioning, and configuration requirements while overseeing project delivery.
• Identify and lead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives to validate new solutions and assess market trends.
• Provide architectural oversight for RFPs and align system component High Level Designs with overall strategy.
• Mentor junior associates and manage risks through program management and security gap analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical leadership within automotive validation.
• Proficiency in HIL configuration and HIL project management.
• Strong skills in program management and risk analysis.
• Extensive knowledge of storage, servers, applications, networks, and hardware sizing.
• Technical Project Management experience managing complex validation projects.
• Ability to interpret information security gaps and recommend mitigations.
• Any Graduate degree.
