Description

You will execute hardware-in-the-loop testing and validation for automotive systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and implement test cases and validation criteria alongside integration engineers.
• Configure test setups and runs according to established test plans.
• Develop test automation, automate tools, and improve automation scripts.
• Document, track, and triage issues with cross-functional teams to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with Controls, Systems, Diagnostics, and EOL teams to plan testing activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Diagnostics or End-of-Line (EOL) testing.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with diagnostic services, including Electrical, Loss Comm, and Invalid DTCs.
• Proficiency with automotive communication protocols: CAN, LIN, UDS, and DoIP.
• Experience with diagnostic standards such as ODX and PDX.
• Knowledge of analog and digital circuits and electrical vehicle schematics.
• Experience using dSPACE ControlDesk NG, CANoe, CANalyzer, Vehicle Spy, or CANoe DiVa.
• Ability to measure and command signals and perform scripting.
• Python programming skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as an ECU D&R or Systems Engineer.
