Description

You will perform Hardware in the Loop (HIL) validation for machine system electronics, owning test automation and lab setup.

Responsibilities

• Develop new automated test cases using Python.
• Maintain existing automated test cases built with Automation Desk.
• Collaborate with system and software developers to validate product requirements.
• Document automated test results and communicate technical issues to developers.
• Set up new HIL test systems for complex machine systems.

Required Skills

• 6 to 8 years of experience in power electronics drives.
• Hands-on experience with OPAL-RT, dSpace HIL, and Automation Desk.
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++ for test automation.
• Experience with Matlab and Simulink modeling.
• Knowledge of communication protocols including CAN, J1939, Ethernet (TCP/IP and UDP/IP).
• Experience using Vector testing tools such as CANape, CANalyzer, or Wireshark.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Maintain lab simulators developed using Python, Simulink, and C++.
