Description

Validate system and software requirements through hardware-in-the-loop testing and automated test execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop test cases based on system and software requirements.
• Execute test cases using manual and automated methods.
• Perform root cause analysis on identified issues and manage issue ticketing.
• Analyze test results to identify missed issues and improve overall test coverage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to discuss requirements and technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in validation or testing roles.
• Hands-on experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing using National Instrument setups.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow.
• Experience with SIL (Software-in-the-Loop) and MIL (Model-in-the-Loop) methodologies.
• Strong background in Requirements Engineering.
• Experience with test automation using TestStand.
• Competency in issue analysis and technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform task estimation and status reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Veristand, LabVIEW, Control Desk, or Automation Desk.
