Description

You will provide technical support and application maintenance for GE Proficy Historian environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute application patching and testing for Historian across 60+ servers in supply chain shops and central clusters.
• Update application software and required execution dependencies, including Java and Chrome.
• Manage incoming support tickets from MyTech on an ad-hoc basis.
• Participate in weekly touchpoints to review EVM reports, plan workloads, and schedule plant outages for patching.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in industrial support or application maintenance.
• GE Proficy Historian.
• IGS.
• MTConnect.
• OpsVision.
• Windows 11.
• Windows Virtual Desktop.
• Experience managing application-level dependencies and software updates.
• Ability to manage workload planning and outage scheduling.
