Description

You will build and manage healthcare data integrations using HL7 and FHIR standards. You own the full lifecycle of clinical data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Implement HL7v2 and HL7v3 messaging standards for reliable data exchange.
• Develop FHIR profiles, implementation guides, and system architecture.
• Build robust data pipelines using Spark, Python, and shell scripting.
• Integrate clinical data systems with Google Cloud Platform technologies.
• Ensure compliance with FHIR-based Clinical Data Repository standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years working directly with HL7v2 and HL7v3 standards.
• Deep knowledge of FHIR Profile, implementation guides, and FHIR Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Spark, Python, and shell scripting.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform tools: BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Whistle or Google Healthcare Data Engine.
• Proficiency with BigQuery.
