Description

You will design, develop, and maintain complex application software within the Hogan Banking Systems environment. You will own the full lifecycle from implementation and deployment to production stabilization, ensuring quality deliverables aligned with banking domain standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex banking applications using Hogan Systems (IDS/CIS/RPM/ILP/ODS/PAS).
• Manage implementation, deployment, and production stabilization tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to ensure alignment with banking standards.
• Apply sound knowledge of Mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, IMS, DB2, and CICS.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the Banking and Financial domain.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Mainframe Application Development.
• Strong proficiency in COBOL, JCL, IMS, DB2, and CICS.
• Demonstrable experience with Hogan Banking Systems modules (IDS, CIS, RPM, ILP, ODS, or PAS).
• Deep understanding of Banking and Financial domain requirements.
• Ability to work effectively within agile teams.
