You will design, code, and implement complex Hogan applications and modules. Responsibilities include analyzing business and technical requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot environment issues, and providing continuous production support.

• Design, code, test, and implement Hogan modules according to technical requirements and timelines.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to ensure alignment with Hogan system capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve Hogan environment issues.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on Hogan application best practices.
• Provide continuous production support and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Hogan IDS, Hogan CIS, and Hogan RPM.
• Proficiency in COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, and VSAM.
• Experience with mainframe development and debugging tools.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and incident resolution for Hogan applications.
• Experience applying minor enhancements to existing Hogan systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• Ability to travel to client sites in Missouri up to 25%.
