Description

Manage the full sales lifecycle for hot runner systems and controllers within your assigned territory.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted action plans to expand sales and meet regional growth objectives.
• Identify new business prospects through customer visits and cold calling.
• Translate customer requirements into RFQs and technical proposals to secure orders.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from RFQ through to installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.
• Provide technical presentations and value propositions to differentiate products from competitors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales or project management.
• Technical understanding of mold design, hot runner systems, and controllers.
• Ability to manage project documentation, tracking, delivery, and payment follow-ups.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Experience representing products at exhibitions and trade shows.

Preferred Skills

• B.Tech, BE, or Diploma in a relevant engineering field.
