Description

You will design and manage cloud-based software architectures for CPU and GPU workloads, scalable storage, and high-bandwidth interconnects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Optimize performance and scalability of HPC applications in containerized environments.
• Implement and maintain Kubernetes clusters specifically for HPC workloads.
• Configure Linux OS and tune performance for High Performance Computing needs.
• Qualify and tune open source cloud-based technology stacks for HPC demands.

Required Skills

• 4 to 8 years of experience in HPC and cloud computing technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Proficiency with gRPC, Kafka, ZeroMQ, Redis, and Ceph.
• Strong Linux performance tuning and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• In-depth knowledge of Linux distributions including SuSE, RedHat, Rocky, and Ubuntu.
• Experience with remote boot technologies such as System-D, Net boot/PXE, and Linux HA.
• Scripting proficiency in Ansible, Python, and Bash.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
• Proficiency in low-level programming with C.

Preferred Skills

• CPU and GPU performance tuning.
• BS or MS in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
