Description

You will manage and maintain high-performance computing hardware systems in Chicago.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting for NVIDIA H100 boxes to minimize system downtime.
• Conduct hardware assessments and evaluations to ensure HPC system reliability and performance.
• Execute hardware replacements, upgrades, and installations following manufacturer guidelines.
• Develop documentation for hardware configurations, diagnostic procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Implement preventive maintenance strategies to mitigate hardware failures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in high-performance computing environments.
• In-depth knowledge of NVIDIA H100 box architecture and components.
• Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting methodologies and diagnostic tools.
• Experience with system administration tasks in Linux environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
• Any Graduate degree.
