Description

You will lead the design and prototyping of a scalable, automated AI/HPC cluster for multi-division use.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy cluster infrastructure using Kubernetes, SaltStack, and Ansible.
• Automate the end-to-end cluster lifecycle, from hardware setup to application deployment.
• Implement and manage container orchestration using Kubernetes via Kubespray and Docker.
• Design persistent storage using CSI for efficient data management.
• Integrate observability and monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and CheckMK.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems architecture or infrastructure.
• Expertise in Kubernetes and Docker orchestration.
• Experience with configuration management tools (SaltStack, Ansible).
• Familiarity with ML Stacks and GPU-aware scheduling.
• Knowledge of advanced networking concepts (multi-VLAN, RDMA).
• Experience defining and documenting automation processes.
• Understanding of identity/access management integration (Active Directory).
• Proficiency in image scanning and compliance processes.
