Description

You will design, develop, and maintain technical solutions for HR modules, owning the full lifecycle from estimation to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain SAP Business Workflows and custom solutions using the enhancement framework.
• Estimate, develop, test, and deploy HR ABAP developments to meet business requirements.
• Perform system analysis, coding, and create technical specification documentation for all objects.
• Troubleshoot, debug, implement OSS notes, and manage system upgrade activities like SPDD and SPAU.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and resolve functional issues.

Required Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in HR ABAP development.
• Proficiency in ABAP Objects (W.R.I.C.E.F) and Data Dictionary.
• Hands-on experience with BAdIs, BAPIs, user-exits, and the enhancement framework.
• Knowledge of IDOC processing, PI Integration, and OOPs ABAP.
• Experience with customized transactions and system analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to OData and HANA.
• Functional expertise in business processes, master data, transactions, and configuration.
