Description
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process to support hiring managers and improve candidate engagement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions, ads, and vacancy templates.
- Post open positions to relevant job boards and career sites, managing payment procedures for timely postings.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and build shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and prepare both managers and candidates for the interview process.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, recruiting events, and networking functions.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of recruiting experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Knowledge of human resources processes and federal and state employment laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and CANVA.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills for managing candidate and manager relationships.
- Ability to work on-site in Nashville and attend local hiring events.
Preferred Skills
- 3+ years of recruiting experience specifically within the healthcare industry.
- Experience using the LinkedIn Recruiter platform.
