Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to support hiring managers and improve candidate engagement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions, ads, and vacancy templates.
• Post open positions to relevant job boards and career sites, managing payment procedures for timely postings.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and build shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and prepare both managers and candidates for the interview process.
• Represent the organization at job fairs, recruiting events, and networking functions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Knowledge of human resources processes and federal and state employment laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and CANVA.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills for managing candidate and manager relationships.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of recruiting experience specifically within the healthcare industry.
• Experience using the LinkedIn Recruiter platform.
