Description

You will provide strategic HR support and guidance by collaborating closely with senior leaders and department heads.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and providing guidance on corrective actions.
• Partner with department heads to understand specific needs and develop tailored HR solutions.
• Drive talent management initiatives covering talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
• Lead HR projects focused on organizational development, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations by maintaining up-to-date policies and procedures.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of HRBP experience.
• 4-6 years of professional experience.
• Proven expertise in HR Business Partnership, Employee Relations, and Talent Management.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills in HRBP, talent management, and conflict resolution.
