Description

Provide strategic HR support by aligning people strategies with organizational goals through close collaboration with senior leaders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, developing and executing HR strategies.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and guiding corrective actions.
• Partner with department heads to understand operational needs and deliver tailored HR solutions.
• Drive talent management initiatives covering acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
• Lead HR projects focused on organizational development, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of HRBP experience.
• 4-6 years of total professional experience.
• Proven expertise in HR Business Partnership.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

• MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
