You will manage the accuracy and timeliness of employee HR data within the payroll system, ensuring strict compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, rehires, transfers, promotions, demotions, and terminations.
- Update employee data such as name and address changes in accordance with company policy and labor regulations.
- Research and resolve transaction system errors and case escalations to maintain data integrity.
- Maintain documentation and compliance with federal, state, and labor contract regulations.
- Coordinate with HR, Labor Relations, and facility teams to ensure data accuracy.
Required Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in personnel or payroll processing within an automated HR or accounting environment.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud or PeopleSoft HRMMS applications, including HR data and queries.
- Familiarity with payroll wage and tax laws, as well as federal and state labor regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Strong data entry skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and moderately complex processing requirements.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Demonstrated business ethics and sensitivity to confidential information.
