You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, leadership, and operations roles.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen profiles from job portals including Naukri and LinkedIn to meet technical requirements.
- Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Brief candidates on job descriptions, company profiles, and career prospects.
- Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates and manage interview call letters.
- Coordinate with candidates to ensure interview attendance and collect post-interview feedback.
- Manage hiring for mid-to-senior management levels.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or lateral hiring.
- Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, and screening.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and execute technical requirement briefs.
- Experience in shortlisting and interviewing candidates.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience specifically using the LinkedIn portal for sourcing.
