You manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, leadership, and operations roles.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen profiles from Naukri and LinkedIn to meet technical requirements.
• Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Brief candidates on job descriptions, company profiles, and career prospects.
• Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates and manage interview call letters.
• Coordinate with candidates to ensure interview attendance and collect post-interview feedback.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or lateral hiring.
• Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, and screening.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and execute technical requirement briefs.
• Experience in shortlisting and interviewing candidates.
• Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience specifically using the LinkedIn portal for sourcing.
