Description

You will manage the implementation and ongoing oversight of a Transitional Services Agreement (TSA) for USA payroll and benefits.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Set up and oversee the implementation of the TSA.
• Act as the primary point of contact and oversight manager post-go-live.
• Liaise between two separate companies and HR teams to resolve operational issues.
• Manage contracts and coordinate with multiple vendors across functional areas.
• Troubleshoot immediate issues and manage the full employee life cycle.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in USA payroll and benefits.
• Proven experience setting up and managing a TSA or similar transitionary agreement.
• Project management experience, specifically overseeing large-scale efforts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HR, SAP time sheets, ADP Vantage, or ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong background in personnel administration and the full employee life cycle.
• Experience in contract set-up and management.
