Description

You will own the People & Culture data strategy, focusing on reporting, workforce analysis, and stakeholder communication to support frontline teams and internal partners.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and maintain HR datasets including employee records, engagement surveys, headcount, turnover, and performance metrics.
• Develop and update interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize workforce trends in hiring, attrition, and DEI.
• Translate complex data into clear visualizations, summaries, and presentations for executive decks and internal newsletters.
• Collaborate with P&C stakeholders to define data needs and deliver actionable insights for strategic initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy through rigorous validation and quality control processes for time, attendance, and scheduling reports.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data querying and processing.
• Ability to analyze workforce data to identify trends in hiring, attrition, and employee experience.
• Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication abilities to present findings clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism when handling sensitive HR data.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and problem-solve effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience sourcing or recruiting manufacturing candidates (assembly, forklift, machinist).
