Description

Analyze HR datasets to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership, owning the full lifecycle of HR data analytics from integration to visualization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and join datasets from Applicant Tracking, Learning, and Performance Management systems.
• Build secure data models with role-based access control.
• Develop standard and ad hoc reports using Power BI to communicate complex data patterns to non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and IT teams to manage data integrations and data warehouse connections.
• Manage client requests to ensure all reports are accurate, timely, and high quality.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of professional work experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query for data transformation and modeling.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to select and join disparate, complex datasets.
• Experience building data visualizations that communicate business value clearly.
• Proven ability to handle highly confidential people and organizational data with discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
