Description

Lead the HR Data Metrics program to track workforce trends across state agencies and universities, owning data governance, automation, and executive reporting.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Establish data governance structures, policies, and procedures to improve data quality and standardization.
• Identify HR metrics and benchmarks aligned with national and industry standards.
• Automate data retrieval processes and dashboard generation within SharePoint.
• Lead data analysts in focused efforts regarding specific analytics and temporary solutions needs.
• Present analytics findings and key takeaways to Executive Leadership.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in the HR domain across multiple functional areas.
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics team leadership and project management.
• 7+ years of experience developing HR Data Metrics and documenting data collection processes.
• 7+ years of experience with data modeling techniques and relational database concepts.
• 5+ years of strong technical writing skills.
• Expertise in Excel.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with NeoGov, SAP (Personnel Administration, Payroll, BOBJ), SmartSheet, Cornerstone on Demand, and PeopleAdmin.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Working knowledge of SAP Business Objects.
