You will serve as the primary analytics partner to HR and business leaders, translating challenges into analytical solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and reports covering workforce metrics like attrition, DEI, engagement, and performance.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-ready materials connecting people data to business outcomes.
• Use statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify workforce risks and opportunities.
• Partner with HR Technology and Data teams to enhance data quality and governance.
• Guide stakeholders in building a data-driven culture across the business.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or Workforce Planning.
• Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Familiarity with HR systems including Workday and SuccessFactors.
• Experience translating data into business recommendations for senior leaders.
• Understanding of data structures and data quality principles.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degrees in a relevant field.
• 3+ years tenure in previous roles.
