Description

Handle day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle in Ahmedabad.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Manage payroll processing, leave tracking, and attendance systems.
• Coordinate employee engagement and team-building activities.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive, preferably in IT.
• Proficiency in payroll administration.
• Experience with attendance tracking systems.
• Knowledge of general HR activities.
• Understanding of HR compliance and labor laws.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

Preferred Skills

• B.com, BBA, or MBA degree.
