Description

You will manage full-cycle recruiting and HR operations with a specific focus on technical talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening technical candidates to onboarding.
• Collaborate with the IT department to define hiring needs and draft technical job descriptions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR queries, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and industry-specific regulations.
• Analyze performance data, conduct exit interviews, and assist in implementing retention and training programs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Proven expertise as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technical skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Working knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
