Description

You will manage core human resources functions including labor relations, deferred compensation, and succession planning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer deferred compensation programs and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support labor relations activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with succession planning and talent management tasks.
• Ensure high attention to detail in all HR reporting and records.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources (HR).
• Direct experience with Labor Relations.
• Knowledge of Succession Planning processes.
• Experience managing Deferred Compensation.
• Strong attention to detail in documentation.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Delta, PA.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a contract or hybrid work setting.
