JOB TITLE: HR Generalist
Duration: 3-6 + Months
Specific Skills Needed:
Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements HR experience; Understanding of employee life cycle, employee relations experience
Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications? 2-3 years previous HR experience; ideally in manufacturing and/or working with diverse employee groups.
The key responsibilities will be HR Generalist work:
Providing employee and manager support to answer HR questions
Coordinate EE engagement committee
Posting open positions; supporting recruitment
Provide weekly onboarding
Managing Employee Relations issues
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
