Description
You will manage end-to-end human resources functions, from talent acquisition to employee relations and office operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring via job boards, social media, and headhunting.
- Handle offer negotiations, approvals, and candidate relationship management.
- Oversee new hire onboarding, succession planning, and internal talent development.
- Address employee inquiries and conflicts while ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records, manage benefits programs, and assist with company event planning and daily office operations.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant HR field experience.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Advanced computer literacy.
- C2 level English proficiency (native-like command).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Effective administrative and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 ISEOL certification.
- ECDL Advanced level certification.
