You will support the end-to-end recruitment process and maintain candidate data in Chennai.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for open roles.
• Schedule job interviews and assist throughout the interview process.
• Create and maintain documentation regarding the database and candidate progress.
• Collect and verify candidate documents post-selection to proceed with offer release.

Required Skills

• Experience with resume screening and candidate shortlisting.
• Ability to manage and maintain database documentation.
• Strong organizational skills for interview scheduling.
• Professional work style.
• Any Graduate degree.
• 5+ years of experience.
