You will support the recruitment lifecycle and manage candidate data in Nagpur.

Responsibilities

  • Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with applicants.
  • Manage job postings by updating and removing ads across job boards, career pages, and social networks.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database on a daily basis.
  • Gather candidate feedback and manage the next steps in the recruitment process.

Required Skills

  • Currently pursuing or completed an MBA.
  • Understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with HR recruitment tasks.
