You will support the recruitment lifecycle and manage candidate data in Nagpur.
Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with applicants.
- Manage job postings by updating and removing ads across job boards, career pages, and social networks.
- Maintain and update the candidate database on a daily basis.
- Gather candidate feedback and manage the next steps in the recruitment process.
Required Skills
- Currently pursuing or completed an MBA.
- Understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with HR recruitment tasks.
