Description

You will configure and support ServiceNow HRSD to translate HR business needs into platform solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Triage, analyze, and resolve HRSD issues, coordinating root-cause fixes.
• Configure and maintain HR services, profiles, lifecycle events, and workflow models.
• Partner with the ServiceNow platform team to deliver enhancements from requirements through release coordination.
• Build and maintain HRSD dashboards and reports to track KPIs and service performance.
• Manage the HR case lifecycle, including intake, categorization, SLAs, and closure.

Required Skills

• 3–7 years supporting HR processes and systems.
• 2+ years hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD (case management, COEs, lifecycle events, security).
• Ability to translate business needs into ServiceNow configurations, flows, workflows, catalogs, and forms.
• Strong understanding of HR data privacy, access controls, and compliance (PII/PHI).
• Proficiency in backlog management, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT.
• Experience coordinating deployments using change management, documentation, and rollback planning.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Knowledge Management, HR portals, and service item support.
• Knowledge of APIs and IntegrationHub for platform integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to integrations with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, HRSD-specific).
