Description

Lead HR integration for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring acquired companies transition smoothly into existing policies and systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integration plans for acquired entities.
• Design transformational strategies for complex, interrelated HR M&A projects.
• Monitor project effectiveness via scorecards, audits, data validations, and critical path oversight.
• Establish process standards and RACI models for field HR and Centers of Excellence.
• Partner with corporate HR COEs, finance, and field operations to resolve business challenges.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management methodologies and tools.
• 10 years of Human Resources experience with deep understanding of HR disciplines.
• Expertise in Workday HCM technology.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet.
• Proven background as an HR Business Partner (HRBP).
• Experience managing complex project dependencies and reporting status updates.
• Ability to analyze HR and business data trends.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• SHRM-CP/PHR or SHRM-SCP/SPHR/GPHR certifications.
