Description

You will lead HR Business Partners to support operations and stakeholders while managing complex employee relations in a BPO environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide HR Business Partners to ensure effective collaboration with operations and department leaders.
• Manage high-risk dispute resolutions, critical disciplinary decisions, and labor-related concerns by partnering with legal and representing the company to DOLE.
• Design and implement HR projects, programs, and policies to improve compliance, employee engagement, and productivity.
• Perform manpower forecasting, budget planning, and analysis for HRBP initiatives and expenses.
• Analyze HR data, including attrition and performance metrics, to provide insights and recommendations to the Executive Management Team.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, government reportorial requirements, and contract reviews.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of HR leadership experience.
• Strong background in Labor and Employee Relations.
• Extensive familiarity with labor laws and related legislation.
• Proven ability to manage and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data management and data accuracy.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in facilitation and training.
• Ability to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or an equivalent field.
