Manage end-to-end people operations and HR technology strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the HR technology stack, including system updates, integrations, and Workday record maintenance.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle from pre-hire and onboarding through immigration, I9 compliance, and off-boarding.
• Oversee people data and analytics to drive decision-making and prepare trend reports.
• Execute HR programs covering compensation guidelines, career pathing, payroll practices, and PTO.
• Partner with the CEO and cross-functional teams to develop seamless operational processes and ensure legal compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in HR management or people operations.
• Experience managing HRIS systems and Workday.
• Proficiency in managing onboarding, background checks, I9, and E-Verify applications.
• Strong analytical skills to organize and summarize complex people data.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume transactional workloads and complex relocation programs.
• Experience developing and implementing HR policies, employee handbooks, and diversity and inclusion programs.
• Ability to navigate and add value within unstructured, fast-moving environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive partnership and employee engagement.
