You will lead and manage recruitment efforts across India and the US to align hiring practices with organizational goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for both India and US markets.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job postings and screening to final selection.
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with local labor laws and regulations in India and the US.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future staffing needs.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and use data analysis to improve hiring effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in HR management.
• Proven experience managing recruitment across India and US regions.
• Experience managing large-scale recruitment campaigns using ATS tools.
• Strong understanding of cultural differences in recruitment between India and the US.
• Proficiency in HR Management and Data Analysis.
• Ability to track and analyze recruitment metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD.
