Description

Manage site-based HR functions, employee relations, and administrative compliance for Morrisville operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and HR projects for site-based staff and managers.
  • Administer employee benefits programs as the liaison with corporate benefits teams.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation, onboarding, and I-9 document verification.
  • Execute payroll processing, timekeeping support, and HRIS data transactions.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to provide trending reports.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline with 2+ years of HR experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Data Management and Database maintenance.
  • Skills in Business Analysis and Risk Management.
  • Strong Team Management and Customer Service abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage organizational change and time management.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting a manufacturing environment.
