Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment team to fulfill hiring requirements for both IT and non-IT roles.
• Manage and implement ESOP policies across the organization.
• Oversee daily HR operations and corporate HR processes.

Required Skills

• 5 to 11 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
• Proven experience in IT and non-IT recruitment.
• Direct experience managing ESOP policies.
• Expertise in HR Operations and Corporate HR.
• Strong background in Employee Relations.
• Ability to lead and manage a recruitment team.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
